How can i check what size products I need?
You can check the sizing information section of the website.

For further reassurance, attend a Pick-Up Point at your school with your child so that he/she can try on sample uniform items to ensure you order the correct size.

If you do order an incorrect size, please log in to your account, go to orders and click “request refund”. For more information, please go to Terms and Conditions, section: Returns & Refunds.

What are my payment options?
The easiest way to pay is online using a credit card and Debit card.

If this is not an option, you can attend one of our Pick-Up Point events where a member of our staff will help you complete your online order and make payment by debit card or credit card.

How will I know when my items are ready to collect?
When you log onto the website, you will receive a message letting you know when your order needs to be completed by in order to make the next available collection slot.

When you complete your order, you will receive details of the date, time and location for delivery.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please refer to the Returns & Refunds section in Terms and Conditions for further information.

How can I register with Uniform.newtonschools.qa online?
If you are a new customer, please click “register”. You will be asked to fill in a registration form and set a password for your account. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.

If you are an existing customer, you can sign in with your email and password.

How can I order with credit/debit card?
As a registered online user of Newton schools you will be able to purchase any item from your school on this site and pay immediately with a credit card and Debit card.

We understand that security is an issue with payments over the Internet and can reassure you that our credit and debit card payment facility is secure. We have invested in the latest technology, which encrypts the information as it is sent to us.

I forgot password to my account, how can I access my account again?
It is not uncommon to forget your password.

Under the “Log in” form you can see “Forgot Password” option. Just input your email again and we will send you your new password to the e-mail address you registered with.

What time can I collect my order from the ‘Pick-Up Point' and what do I need to bring?
In your order confirmation email you will receive details on when can you pick up your order from the ‘Pick-Up Point' at your school.

Please bring a print out of your order confirmation email or show it to us on your mobile device.

What if I am unable to come to the next ‘Pick-Up Point' at my school?
In this case please contact Newton Group.

Can I get someone else to collect my order from the ‘Pick-Up Point' for me?
Yes, you can get someone else to collect an order for you. They may be asked for any of the following details, so please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email or these details:
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Email Address
• Your Phone Number
• Your Order Number

Will I be charged for collecting my order in ‘Pick-Up Point'?
No, it’s free to collect your order from the ‘Pick-Up Point'.

Why I didn't receive a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received the confirmation email after buying the uniform on our website, please check your Spam folder. If the confirmation email is not in the Spam folder, please contact us via email: newtongroup.uniform@gmail.com. Our Team will get back to you within one business day.
